Role overview
Tasks
- Support and independent processing of personnel (D.1) from entry to exit for our hotel businesses
- Creation of employment contracts, contract changes, work certificates, confirmations and general HR correspondence
- Active cooperation with line managers in operational HR topics
- First contact person for employees in general HR, labour law and processual issues
- Help with recruitment and administrative monitoring of the entry process
- Maintenance and control of the personnel master data, personnel files and
relevant HR systems
- monitoring time recording and support for operational planning issues, taking into account labour law and company requirements
- close cooperation with the pay department and the relevant personnel insurance services
- support in training and support for learners and trainees
- support in HR projects and taking on further administrative and organisational tasks in HR day-to-day business requirements
- completed basic commercial education, ideally complemented by further training in human resources
- First or several years of experience in the personnel (D.A.), preferably in the hotel industry, gastronomy or a similar service environment
- joy in administrative HR tasks as well as in direct contact with employees and managers
- good understanding of HR processes from entry to exit
- basic knowledge of labour law; knowledge of L-GAV of advantage
- structured, precise and independent working methods and a high sense of responsibility
- service-oriented, communicative and solution-oriented personality
- Very good
German knowledge; other languages are of benefit
- Good IT user knowledge and openness in handling HR systems
