Main responsibilities
- Insights excellence: Elevate the quality and impact of EI deliverables by advancing research practices across primary and secondary sources.
- You will ensure our research remains best-in-class by implementing high-impact methodologies and tools that allow insights to directly inform and accelerate strategic business decisions.
- Future-ready roadmap: Design and execute a multi-year roadmap to evolve Primary Market Research and secondary insights capabilities.
- You will lead pilots for innovative research engines and scale successful methodologies globally, ensuring our insights infrastructure is agile, scalable, and ahead of industry trends.
- Cross-portfolio insights: Lead the generation of strategic insights on themes with multi-TA impact, such as Digital Health, Drug Delivery, and next-generation commercialization models.
- You will connect the dots across the portfolio to unlock business value
- Upskilling and training: Define the gold standard for Market Research within EI.
- You will design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum to ensure our capabilities remain industry-leading and future proof Strategic vendor & compliance oversight
