Their tasks
- Responsibility for the entire staff administration from entry to exit
- Preparation of employment contracts, employment certificates and other HR documents
- Processing of all registrations and deregistrations with social security funds and public authorities
- Support and advice for employees and managers in all personnel-relevant issues
- Recruitment of qualified specialists in close cooperation with line managers and management
- Support and participation in the further development of HR processes as well as participation in HR projects
- Deputy Payroll Manager including support in the processing of wages and the associated administrative tasks

- Several years of professional experience in a comparable, generalist HR function
- Further training as an HR specialist or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of wage processing and associated administrative processes
- German as a mother tongue
