- Operation, monitoring and maintenance of HVAC and domestic systems
- Performance of maintenance, inspection and repair work
- Systematic analysis and correction of technical failures
- Monitoring of technical installations and early recognition of optimization potential

- Support and coordination of external specialist companies and service technicians
- Support for conversions, technical projects and plant optimizations

- Completed technical training in HVAC, building, building, sanitary, heating or ventilation
- Several years of professional experience in technical building management or facility management
- Further training as a security officer (SiBe) is an advantage
- Good knowledge of maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems
- Experience in fault analysis and independent error correction
- Technical understanding and strong security awareness
- Independent, structured and reliable working method
- High service orientation and professional appearance
- Team-capable, flexible and resilient
