The Rennaz Hospital Center has more than 350 acute care beds.
It is complemented by two geriatrics and rehabilitation clinics as well as two medical hotlines.

- You will also have the opportunity to get actively involved in different institutional committees, such as the sustainable care committees, the PCI committee, or other working groups aimed at strengthening the quality and safety of care.
- Define and implement the organizational strategy of the unit, integrating the issues of quality, efficiency and changing needs on our 3 sites
- Manage and optimize activities; bio-cleaning, linen management, management of work clothes via the automatic clothing dispenser, management of on-call rooms as well as support and elimination of waste from healthcare activities in accordance with current regulations
- Supervise, support and develop a team of local managers (4.8 EPT) as well as all of the unit's employees (83 EPT), with the support of an administrative assistant
- Guarantee high-level services for the patients and staff, in strict compliance with hospital hygiene standards
- Manage the pool sector (staff who ensure the replacement of long-term absences from different sectors)
- Develop a culture of quality based on performance indicators (KPI) and continuous improvement of processes
