Main responsibilities

  • You are responsible for strategic and operational marketing activities for CoffeeB in Switzerland and international markets.
  • You develop and implement long-term brand strategies and impactful integrated campaigns across all relevant channels – especially Digital, Social Media, PR, and Trade Marketing.
  • You ensure consistent brand management, lead go-to-market initiatives, and adapt global strategies to local market needs.
  • You lead and develop teams in Brand Marketing and advise international markets and our external partners.
  • You manage budgets, optimize ROI, measure success using relevant KPIs, and drive digitalization and innovation in marketing. Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience: in marketing within an FMCG environment, ideally with responsibility in Brand Management
  • Completed degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in marketing, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • You demonstrate initiative, leadership skills, communication talent, intercultural sensitivity, and a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
  • You combine strategic and analytical thinking with creativity, enthusiasm for innovation, and a strong results orientation. German (fluent) English (fluent) French (advantageous) What we offer

Key requirements
