Main responsibilities
- Guide, promote and help employees - and be a role model for them
- You pay special attention to the freshness of fruits, vegetables and bread and declare war on food waste with clever order planning
- Order goods on time and in exactly the right quantity
- Cleverly plan the work within the weekly schedule and thus ensure efficient processes in your store
- Do everything possible to ensure that your store is that the figures are right - in terms of turnover, personnel costs and inventory
Key requirements
- Three or more years of professional and management experience: in the retail trade as a specialist, divisional or district manager
- Completed apprenticeship (EBA): in the retail trade (food) or related profession would be ideal
- Enjoyment of fresh products and ideally already professional experience with them
- Skill in planning and organizing tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures
- Physically fit, some Colis weigh up to 10 kilos
