- Become part of our product management leadership team for the investment and pensions business and actively shape the future of the investment business of Zürcher Kantonalbank! Your tasks
- Responsible for the strategic positioning of the equipment product range throughout the entire product life cycle
- Further development of the product portfolio along customer needs, market and technology trends, competitive changes and regulatory developments to ensure a sustainable and scalable investment offering
- Orchestrate cross-divisional cooperation with sales, investment solutions, IT, operations, legal, compliance, risk as well as internal and external partners
- Representation of the department vis-à-vis senior management as well as strategic internal and external committees and convincing contribution of the product perspective into central decisions
Company and context
- Leading and promoting an organization of around 30 employees across multiple management levels and creating a culture of ownership and continuous development
- Completed studies in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or Economics, supplemented by further education such as CFA or CIIA and a management education
- Many years of leadership and management experience in a strategically relevant role in the investment or wealth management business, ideally with leadership
- In-depth understanding of asset management, investment advice and execution-only as well as the underlying products, processes, regulatory requirements and value chains
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong ability to combine strategy, customer value, technology, economics and regulatory requirements into a compelling overall picture
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills as well as the ability to structure complex issues, set clear priorities and consistently translate them into results
- Excellent communication skills and sovereign appearance, also towards stakeholders at C-level
- Authentic, visionary and appreciative leader who inspires, promotes and motivates the team to perform strongly
