- You will provide a quantitative commercial foundation for commercialization and R&D strategic decisions, ensuring recommendations are rooted in robust data and contextualized for business impact
- Market trend synthesis: Evaluate diverse data sources to identify emerging trends and shifts in the healthcare landscape.
- You will lead the development of cohesive "outside-in" perspectives that inform how we navigate an evolving competitive environment
- Performance evaluation and risk mitigation: Assess cross-portfolio performance to identify high-potential growth drivers and critical trade-offs.
- You will highlight potential gaps in the collective strategy and recommend interventions to strengthen our portfolio position
- Decision Support: Act as a specialist consultant for strategy projects, translating complex portfolio analytics into concise, high-impact recommendations.
