Main responsibilities
- You're expecting In the dynamic role at Roche, you accompany and shape change processes.
- You bring your expertise in labour law, mediating as a (strategic) partner and driving projects forward.
- To contribute significantly to Roche's success and continuous improvement, You have the following tasks:
- You conduct complex P&C-relevant projects, including restructurings and negotiations with employee representatives, taking into account global framework conditions and local labour law requirements.
- You have a good idea of trusting relationships with workers' representatives at all our German locations and ensure business success with solution-oriented approaches.
- You act as an expert:in and consultant:in case of individual and collective labour law issues and support the organisation in the development and implementation of strategies that meet legal standards and corporate values.
Key requirements

- After completing your legal or (personal) economic studies and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience You have the necessary seniority and empathy.
- You have comprehensive skills in the successful implementation of projects in transformation environments.
- You have expertise in collaborating with employee representations, which will guide you with the design and care of relationships.
- Your versatile knowledge of labour law (both individually and collectively) and project management are the foundation for consulting and strategy development
