- Partnering with local deployment leads to ensure alignment and consistency in deployment strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels between global and local teams. Deployment Management :
- Develop and implement detailed deployment plans, timelines, and budgets for global deployments.
- Make sure these plans are integrated into the main project.
- Monitor deployment progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion (definition of done, definition of success, time, budget).
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the deployment process. Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and drive comprehensive deployment strategies that address the unique needs of each region, with a strong focus on adoption as well.
- Ensure deployment plans align with overall company objectives and goals. Training and Support :

- As the Global Deployment Lea d , you are responsible for the successful deployment of one part of the project across multiple international locations.
- This role requires close collaboration and strong partnership with the Deployment Workstream Lead and with local deployment leads to ensure consistent and effective execution.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and influencing skills, extensive project management experience and a deep understanding of global deployment strategies.
