- As an ICT specialist at Roche, you are responsible for the installation and configuration of PCs, tablets and mobile phones and ensure that they work properly and safely.
- You are also responsible for connecting peripherals such as notebooks and printers to the network infrastructure and solve any problems that occur.
- In IT support, you work closely with end users and advise them on the optimal use of ICT systems and tools.
- If problems arise, you analyze them thoroughly and work closely with other specialists to find suitable solutions.
