Tasks

• They work in early, day or late duty and ensure the care and safety of detainees
• They maintain respectful contact and treatment of the detained persons and communicate at eye level
• They look after, support and accompany the detained persons in a professional and situational manner
• You are responsible for the order and security in prison (operating the technical facilities, complying with legal requirements and processes)
• You work with internal and external partners Requirements
• You have experience in the prison system (advantageous professional), security, socio-educational, blue light organizations or similar fields of activity
• You are mind. 25 years old and have an impeccable reputation (enforcement and criminal record)
• You have good oral and written knowledge of German (foreign languages of advantage) as well as user knowledge of MS Office
• They have decision-making ability and assertiveness, are resilient, set priorities in difficult situations and act calmly, de-escalating and proportionately
• They meet people of different cultures and religions respectfully and professionally
• They are team capable, empathetic, responsible and have personal maturity
