We are continuously expanding our Coop Pronto shop and Coop filling station network.

Company and context
- You are responsible for the smooth organization of your Coop Pronto shop and guarantee the implementation of the high standards of Coop Pronto
- You successfully carry out the financial tasks including controlling the business indicators of a Coop Pronto shop
- You take care of the goods management (orders, incoming goods inspections and maintenance of goods)
- You sell the products, advise customers:inside and maintain the filling station (if available)
- You ensure compliance, enforcement and control of the legal provisions on quality assurance, youth protection and occupational safety
- You lead the employees:inside: search, recruitment, training, payroll and social benefits as well as compliance with the labor law framework conditions (OR and labour law) requirements
- You have completed training in the retail trade (or comparable training in sales), preferably in the food retail trade
- You have already gained several years of management experience, have a high level of social competence and are an organizational talent
- You can raise a total capital of CHF 125'000 to 145'000
