Main responsibilities
- Assign, guide and support the staff assigned to you in the sterilization department
- Operation, adjustment and monitoring of equipment for pasteurization and sterilization of our products
- Carrying out and documenting process and quality controls according to quality assurance specifications
- Recording / registering the manufactured articles in the system
- Ensuring hygiene, order and safety at work in the area of responsibility
- Active participation in the continuous improvement process (optimization of processes and processes) Requirements:
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing (at least level B1)
- Technical understanding and experience in the operation of production or sterilization equipment
- Experience in the management of employees (e.g. as foremen, shift manager or team leader)
- Readiness for 3-shift operation (early, late and night shift)
