• Cutting and dressing of pigmeat according to operational specifications
• Professional processing of meat products according to specifications
• Compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Ensure efficient and careful workflow
• Implementation of quality controls in your own work area
• Assumption of further tasks in the production environment

Profile

• Completed training as butcher or meat specialist
• Good knowledge of German, knowledge of French advantageous
