Company and context
- Advanced technical training (CFC, federal patent, ES, engineering or FM training with confirmed technical skills). 5- to 10-year experience in managing FM mandates or contracts, with a strong technical and team management component Excellent organizational skills and focus.
- Relationship strength and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Mastery of IT tools (MS Office, GMAO, FM platforms).
