What to expect

• Day service from Monday to Friday incl. public holidays
• Supporting our clients and their families in dealing with dementia
• Independent, competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care for our clients with dementia in their usual living environment
• Caregiver care in an individually adapted setting
• Support of the qualified nurse HF in case responsibility for a certain number of clients
• Active participation in the care process
• Promoting the independence and quality of life of our clients
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors and other professionals

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING.

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in health EFZ
• Professional experience in working with people with dementia or in the field of geriatric psychiatry
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German
• High empathy and empathy
• Responsible, independent work ethic
• Flexibility and initiative
• Willingness to travel by car
