- Basic commercial training
- Experience in damage processing (personal injury)
- Joy of contact and accompaniment of customers: inside in case of damage
- Independent work, high motivation in a varied field of activity to learn new things
- Responsible, empathetic and open personality
- Fluent knowledge of German in words and writing, knowledge of other languages is a plus
