Tasks
- Responsible for the operation, maintenance and safety of the technical installations assigned to you
- Maintaining operational readiness so that safe hospital operation is guaranteed at all times
- Resolving disruptions, coordinating repair and maintenance work
- Assistance throughout building maintenance, ensuring control and tracking of plant documentation
- Contact person for building occupants, collecting and handling plant- and customer-specific inquiries and orders
- Picetting service both during the week and on weekends (45 minutes of intervention time)
Requirements
- Completed technical training in sanitary or building technology HLKK
- 10 years of professional experience in the service/maintenance area of sanitary facilities
- MSRE knowledge and experience working with a building management system and building technology systems
- You like to carry out administrative tasks and find your way around the common MS Office programs
- Team-capable, communicative personality with high social competence
- Strong understanding of complex systems and plants as well as technical processes and processes
- Service and customer orientation as well as an independent working method
