Tasks
- Co-responsibility for a well-kept, smooth and service-oriented process in the area of restoration (guest care, checkout, filling display cases, buffets, etc.)
- Cleaning and general mise-en-place tasks
- Participation in events and catering
- Assignments mainly on weekends and public holidays
- Approximately 1x a month a bet on the evening occasion of 16h – 20h and at the banquet outlet of 9h – 18h
Requirements
- Several years of experience in gastronomy/service of advantage
- Very good knowledge of German, understands Swiss German
- Flexible and customer-oriented
- Sensitized to hygiene HACCP, ticket
- Humorous, team capable and loyal personality
