Main responsibilities
- Customer service, advice and active sales Cash register service including collection
- Buffet and display cases management and attractive presentation
- Various Mise en Place works as well as the preparation of beverages and food
- Maintenance of machines and work aids and various disposal work
- Compliance with the quality standards and guidelines of the GMZ
Key requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience: in the required area
- professional experience in gastronomy/hotels or retail trade
- first professional experience in system catering
- flexible readiness to use from Monday to Saturday in different shifts (early and late services) efficient and proper working methods
