We are looking for a young talent to join our EFG Graduate Programme – Corporate Functions path in Lugano, with a focus on Human Resources.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and valuable insight into the key areas that support and drive the success of EFG.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team, participate in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management initiatives, and contribute to projects that shape EFG’s people strategy. This experience will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how Human Resources enables EFG to deliver outstanding service and maintain its leadership in private banking.
How the EFG Graduate Programme works?
Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. Tailored on individual skills, interests, and competencies, the programme provides an ideal opportunity to obtain wide-ranging experience in an international and fast-growing private banking group:
- You will start with a 2-week onboarding in Switzerland to discover EFG Mission, Vision and Culture and start building your professional network.
- During the onboarding you will have the chance to attend specific trainings aimed at enhancing key competencies and communication skills.
- Continuous learning opportunities to ensure you develop both personally and professionally to achieve full potential.
- Buddy and Mentor to accompany you throughout the programme.
- Truly global, we have positions based in Miami, London, Luxembourg, Geneva, Zurich, Lugano, Singapore and Hong Kong.
