For our reception in the Department of Pneumology, we are looking for a team-capable, flexible and responsible personality as a dispatcher or dispatcher by appointment (currently until 31 December 2026).
As a dispatcher and dispatcher, you are the focus of our department and maintain close contact with our patients, medical and non-medical employees of pneumology.

- Disposition and coordination of pneumological and interdisciplinary investigations (e.g. radiology, cardiology, etc.)

Main responsibilities
- Administrative registration of patients
- Disposition and coordination of pneumological and interdisciplinary investigations (e.g. radiology, cardiology, etc.)
- Organisation of doctors’ consultation hours
- Providing patients in writing and by telephone (all services in the field of pneumo-logical ambulance, bronchoscopy, thoracic ultrasound, lung function/sleep laboratory) Telephone service Profile:
- Completed training as MPA or medical secretary with very good knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial Friendly and communicative appearance
- Resilience and ability to keep track even in hectic times Organisational talent
- Professional experience in a similar position is beneficial
- Very good knowledge of German in words and writing as well as very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products Foreign language skills are an advantage
