Tasks

• You actively support the sales force throughout the sales process and thus contribute to joint success.
• As a central contact, you will answer professional and technical questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual lives, accident, sickness and BVG.
• You support our private and corporate customers by telephone, in writing and personally with great competence and commitment.
• With a sense of individual needs, you develop customized concepts and solutions.
• Together with the team, you actively participate in market development and sales promotion.
• You accompany our learners in everyday work and promote their professional and personal development.

Requirements

• Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience with an all-sector insurer
• You already bring the VBV certificate (Allbranchen) or have the willingness to achieve it.
• Enjoying direct customer contact and a pronounced service orientation
• Sales-oriented thinking and enthusiasm for the development of individual customer solutions
• Efficient, solution-oriented cooperation with the field service and relevant departments
