Tasks

• You take on joint responsibility for professional, intensive care and care of our patients
• Recognizing changes in patient status You assess them at an early stage and take the necessary measures safely.
• You work according to our quality standards and bring openness to evidence-based developments in order to continuously develop the care together
• With your high level of social competence, you contribute to an appreciative and trusting cooperation in the interprofessional team.
• We train: With your expertise, you accompany and promote students and colleagues in their professional development
• You work according to the principles of the Lean Hospital in a motivated, well-established and stable team Together with you we will continue to ensure professional, evidence-based intensive care at the highest level.

Requirements

• Diploma as nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Motivation to complete the postgraduate study in intensive care
• Committed, responsible and resilient personality
• Strong team skills, as well as high social skills
• Enjoying a varied and dynamic hospital everyday life
