Dipl. Nurse / Nurse specialist HF/DNII
as RAI specialist responsibility 40-50 %
Their tasks
- Professional responsibility for the correct and timely assessment of care needs using RAI
- Planning, coordination and review of RAI assessments
- Ensuring complete and high-quality care documentation
- Advice and support of the nursing team in matters relating to RAI
- Review of RAI classifications for plausibility and completeness
- Support and training of RAI staff
- Close cooperation with the care management team to ensure and further develop the quality of care
- Cooperation in direct care to get to know the guests personally and ensure a well-founded RAI classification
Your profile
- Completed training for/for dipl. Nurse HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognised by the SRC
- Professional experience in long-term care is beneficial
- Good RAI knowledge desired
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoying multiple challenges
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
