Main responsibilities
- Professionelle und individuelle Betreuung der Jugendlichen
- Interdisziplinäre Bezugspersonenarbeit inklusive Aufenthalts- und Pflegeplanung
- Systemische Arbeit mit Angehörigen und Zusammenarbeit mit Behörenden
- Leiten von therapeutischen Gruppen, aktive Gestaltung des Alltags und der Freizeit
- Mitarbeit an der Gestaltung des schematherapeutischen Konzepts auf der Station
