Full description

As a digital marketing specialist, you are responsible for the optimization of digital marketing activities with a focus on social media, performance analysis and data-based further development and optimization of marketing automation. Their main tasks are:

• Planning, creation and implementation of digital campaigns via various digital channels, in particular social media and marketing automation, as well as production of target group-oriented content as part of integrated marketing communication.
• Holistic performance marketing including paid search, retargeting and continuous optimization to increase traffic, engagement and conversion.
• Development, maintenance and analysis of Google Analytics in cooperation with Corporate Communications.
• Development and implementation of integrated digital communication measures along the customer journey.
• Further develop and optimize marketing automation to increase efficiency, lead quality and cross-channel impact.
• Bachelor in Digital Marketing, Communication or Media or equivalent training with a few years of practical experience in Digital Marketing
• In-depth experience with marketing and sales automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua)
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere)
• Known with content management systems for social media
• Experience with Google Analytics, Paid Search (including Google Ads) and Retargeting Tools
• Very good in the application of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Ppt, MS Teams, SharePoint)
• German and English, each very good in word and writing (B2/C1)
