You have a Swiss diploma or are recognised by MEBEKO.

o You are involved in the development and implementation of the guidelines and programs necessary for the department's objectives.
o You ensure the proper functioning of clinical activities in a spirit of multidisciplinary collaboration and within a mobile team.
o You provide expertise and assistance to front-line medicine, home care teams or EMS, as well as in collaboration with somatic care.
o You are able to provide specialized care and adequate support outside the psychiatric hospital setting.
o You participate in the ongoing training of teams to ensure a high level of skills, and contribute to the development and improvement of diagnostic treatment methods.
The competencies required for this position are:
o have a minimum of 2 years of hospital and/or outpatient psychiatry activity o have a spirit of interdisciplinary teamwork and networking o demonstrate leadership and planning o be able to make decisions

Establishment of cantonal public law, the CNP has the task of conducting the health policy of the canton of Neuchâtel in the field of mental health, in collaboration with the partner institutions.
Place of work : Vieux-Châtel 18-20, 2000 Neuchâtel (mobility on the canton)
