- In the entrance area: Salute customers, make sure they feel well received and well informed from the start and direct them to the right contact person if necessary.
- In Småland: Ensure that children aged 3 to 10 are in good hands.
- At the return counter: Finding quick, simple and customer-oriented solutions for all problems, based on our internal guidelines.
- In the cargo collection area: Control, deliver the purchased goods to our customers and ensure that waiting times are as short as possible.
