We are looking for a construction manager (m/f/d) 100% for the environmental technology business unit in the field of construction technology in Zurich, Pratteln, Bern or Frauenfeld. The construction manager takes over the overall operational management and management of complex industrial projects. He/she ensures that projects are realised within the defined deadlines, budgets and quality requirements and acts as a central coordination point between the client, planners, authorities and executing companies as well as the internal line organisation.

- Project management and overall responsibility
- Overall responsibility for planning, coordinating and implementing construction projects in the plant and industrial sector
- Control of all project phases (pre-project to handover)
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards
- Creation and monitoring of project plans and milestones
- Ensuring a transparent flow of information
- Coordination and interface management
- Central contact person for building managers, planners and entrepreneurs
- Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project and planning teams
- Interface management between planning and execution
- Cost and schedule management
- Responsibility for cost planning, monitoring and budget compliance

Your profile
- Professional qualifications
- Completed degree as a civil engineer (FH/ETH/TU) with further education in the areas of construction management, project management
- Experience in industrial facilities
- Many years of professional experience in construction project management
- Experience in handling industrial and major projects
- Experience with project management methods and tools
- Knowledge of contract law, supplementary law and procurement law
- Personal competences
- Strong communication and social skills
- High responsibility and decision-making capacity
- Enforcement and negotiation skills
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent working method
- Resilience and flexibility in dynamic project environments
- Language skills
