- Influence & Ecosystem Engagement: Manages interactions and builds strategic relationships with external media, patient groups, policymakers, and academics to advance advocacy goals and increase the company’s share of voice.
- Crisis Leadership & Reputation Management: Owns the communications strategy and execution during crisis situations, acting as the primary guardian of corporate reputation to mitigate risk and protect the brand.
- Championing Best Practices & Standards: Leads the development, implementation, and management of best-in-class communication policies, procedures, and templates to drive consistency, operational efficiency, and high-quality standards.
- Omnichannel Reach & Media Management: Manages and leverages Roche Philippines’ media channels to their fullest potential, expanding reach and impact through both traditional and digital platforms.
- Employee Engagement & Internal Culture: Leads internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, utilizing local and network resources to foster an inclusive, purpose-driven culture.
- Measuring Success & Continuous Improvement: Develops metrics and mechanisms to measure the results of communication plans and tactics, sharing best practices and identifying opportunities for ongoing optimization across the network.
