Main responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities Contract Management
  • Take ownership of licensing and other agreement obligations throughout the entire lifecycle of the relationship.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for licensors regarding all non-financial and financial reporting obligations.
  • Agreement Analysis: Thoroughly assess executed agreements to identify key financial and non-financial obligations, ensuring they are accurately captured and maintained in our centralized licensing system (eBDS).
  • Execution Monitoring: Proactively manage and oversee the end-to-end fulfillment of contractual obligations, both internally and externally.
  • Dispute Resolution and Legal Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide data and expert assistance in the event of contractual disputes or necessary legal actions. Controlling
  • Guidance: Provide technical or procedural guidance to staff on use of templates and database systems used for documentation of royalty obligations both financial and non-financial
  • Obligation Management: Identify and determine financial obligations during the development phase and at time of product launch by working with key stakeholders across Legal, Patents, Business and Finance.
  • Review obligation inputs within the licensing/partnering tracking database to ensure Roche products are accurately identified and linked to licensed patents and in-licensed materials.
  • Monitor upcoming obligations, provide line of sight and coordinate seamlessly with Finance to ensure timely payments to licensors. Who You Are
