Tasks

• As the person responsible for communication on digital transformation, you are responsible for internal and external communication around the digital transformation of administration. They prepare complex topics in an understandable way and convey them to employees, managers and the public in a manner appropriate to the target group.
• They are responsible for the coordination and further development of the digital communication channels of the canton as well as the monitoring of the social media channels.
• You participate in the development of an AI Web Assistant for the canton’s website and support it as a content manager in the company. You are also responsible for monitoring user interactions.
• They advise the project managers of digitalization projects of the canton on communication issues, regularly report on the status of the various projects and provide appropriate means of communication.

Requirements

• For these tasks, you will bring a communication training at Master level or another subject-specific training.
• Ideally, they bring experience in the field of content optimization for AI applications (e.g. RAG systems, chatbots) and know how text must be formulated and structured so that they can be used reliably by AI tools.
• For reporting on the digital projects of the canton, you have a skilful, stylish spelling in German, adapted to the requirements of online media and UX writing.
• You are a personality who actively tackles tasks and likes to work both independently and in a team.
• You enjoy coordinating many participants and getting excited about the digital communication channels.
