- In co-management with another team management, you assume the personnel, professional and organizational responsibility for a care team with around 30 employees
- Together with your team, you ensure professional, customer-oriented care
- You ensure good networking and cooperation with other specialist areas
- You take over the day-to-day business punctually, e.g. customer receptions in close cooperation with the route planning and the day-to-day responsibility
