- Editing and sending medical reports
- Support for IV and health insurance inquiries
- Completion of daily mail and processing of file requirements incl. Blackening of files
- Friendly reception of patients and case opening in the ORBIS (ambulatory/inpatient)
- Power measurement support
Your profile
- Commercial education with further training as medical/hospital secretary or MPA
- Ideally, work experience in a psychiatric practice or clinic
- Experience in editing medical reports and safe handling of medical language
- Experienced use of common office software and modern means of communication
- Confident knowledge of German in words and writing at a high level
- Pronounced service orientation, fast comprehension and efficient and precise working methods
- Reliable, teamwork and a structured way of working round off your profile
