• They support the teacher during the lesson in a 1. Class with 24 students.
• They accompany the children in the work organization and support individual students during the exercise and work phases.
• They promote the independent processing of tasks and contribute to a positive, appreciative and learning-promoting teaching atmosphere.
• They are in close contact with the teachers and work together constructively in the team. Requirements
