Senior physician (m/f/d) 80-100% Psychiatry Baselland Focus on geriatric psychiatry • Your tasks Overall medical and therapeutic responsibility for an acute ward with a focus on geriatric psychiatry with psychological and somatic comorbidities Higher-level organizational and coordinating management tasks Joint management of the ward with the nursing ward management Management and training of assistant doctors and psychologists Clinical diagnostic assessment of patients, indications, clarification of legal status, responsibility for therapy planning and implementation Creation, further development and implementation of treatment concepts with superiors and the multi-professional treatment teams Planning & coordination of the use of human resources Close cooperation with employees from other internal areas of focus Networked cooperation in the sense of integrated care with the outpatient care system, especially the retirement and nursing homes in the region and other external cooperation partners such as referring physicians and specialist clinics Senior medical background services (remunerated with 5 additional days of vacation) • Your profile You have a specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
