Full description
In order to drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in active ingredient production & lyophilisation, we are looking for a dedicated chemical & pharmatechnologist in shift operation (a), full-time. For a structured and comprehensive training, you work during the first three months in the day service. After successful completion of the training phase, you will switch to the regular 6-4 shift operation (6 days of work – 4 days off).
Their tasks
- Implementation of production work in the clean room incl. Working in an insulator with highly effective active ingredients
- Operation, monitoring, armament and cleaning of production facilities (in particular lyophilisers) under GMP conditions
- Preparation of the clean room and provision of materials, equipment and work equipment before production starts
- GMP-compliant implementation and complete documentation of all work steps (manufacturing regulations, batch documentation, logbooks)
- Safe and responsible handling of active substances and hazardous substances in compliance with all safety, health and environmental regulations (SGU)
- Independent organization of the work area, proactive recognition of deviations and submission of suggestions for improvement
Your profile
- Completed training as a chemical and pharmatechnologist/login EFZ (or equivalent) or at least 3 years of professional experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical production environment
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Ideally, experience in the GMP-regulated environment as well as a strong understanding of quality and documentation
- experience in cleanroom production
- Knowledge of how to use insulators is an advantage
- Structured, responsible working methods and teamwork
- Readiness for 6-4 shifts (6 days of work – 4 days off)
