Tasks

Responsible for a smooth process in the event and à la carte area
Active participation in the operational à la carte business as well as running your own station including debt collection
Conducting sales discussions as well as food and wine recommendations
Creating operational planning
Complaints management in accordance with hotel guidelines
Ordering and goods control
Coordination and support of the service assistants
Training of apprentices in the area of restaurants
Implementation and operational organization of banquets and Seminars if required
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards in accordance with company and ISO specifications
Requirements
Completed training in the hotel industry as well as initial experience in the banquet/event sector or as a Chef de Service / Chef de Service
Trainer aptitude test (AEVO) Switzerland
Business fluent German and English, good knowledge of French is an advantage
Organizational talent, reliability and flexibility
Motivated and warm charisma as well as passion for the job
Negotiation skills and economic, cost-conscious thinking
