- Controlling the care process for psychiatric clients
- Determination of service needs, creation of the assistance and care plan
- Ensure the professional provision of care services, ensure differentiated, systemic and specialized care
- Assuming nursing assignments at our customers’ homes
- Implementation of interventions and electronic documentation
- Professional management of employees and coaches in complex care situations
What you bring
- Basic training nurse HF/FH or equivalent with SRC recognition
- Several years of nursing professional experience - further training in psychiatric care or equivalent professional experience (minimum 2 years)
- Competent assessment of nursing situations
- Flair and pleasure in administrative and organizational activities
- Good IT user knowledge
- Readiness to travel with the Velo
