Your tasks – versatile, responsible and varied

• Processing of entries, mutations and exits in your own care area
• Maintaining personnel and wage data in the HR information system and keeping personnel dossiers
• Creating contracts in close cooperation with HR consultants
• Management of family and parenting allowances including creation of orders
• Clarifying personnel law issues and providing competent information to employees and managers
• Writing addressable correspondence and comprehensible information documents
• Co-create and document efficient HR processes together with the specialist departments involved
• Active participation in HR projects for the further development and digitalization of personnel administration

Your profile – engaged, service-oriented and pragmatic

• KV EFZ and practical experience in HR administration
• Further training in the HR area, e.g. as an HR assistant
• Independent, careful and reliable work with a high sense of responsibility
• Networked thinking and understanding of the connections between wage processing, social insurance and other HR processes
• Good self-organization, clear prioritization and a calm, solution-oriented working method even with a high workload

The Staff Office of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft is part of the Financial and Church Directorate and is responsible for the uniform and strategic orientation of HR management within the cantonal administration. The Service Centre Personnel (DLZ) is responsible for personnel administration, HR support and wage processing – including the billing of social insurance for all administrative units in the canton.
