Main responsibilities
- Position DescriptionThe position's essential responsibilities and functions include, but are not limited to: Controlling and cleaning the exterior/round of the building.Inspection of the soil condition of the green spaces after the rains and the display of plant soil.
- Careful inspection of the lanes, parking, covered recreation spaces.Maintenance of green spaces, collection of garbage and tree leaves.
- Inspection of external faucets (watering system).Inspection of external luminaires.Balaying of tracks and pedestrian paths.Control of retaining walls and fences.Cleaning of pipes, drainages and drains.
- Weeding of green spaces and flower boxes.
- Weeding and cleaning of sewers, drainages, pipes and water disposal points.Weeding and repair of paved/concrete tracks and pedestrian paths.Control and clean all outdoor stairs on each level.Control and clean public areas.Maintain, clean a space, a place, a room according to the instructions of the manager.
- Select suitable cleaning products and materials.
- Disinfect and decontaminate sensitive premises.
- Dispose of site pollution by aeration, deodorisation and cleaning.Maintain floor coverings.Wash windows.Replenish small supplies, cleaning products, cleaning equipment for the day's running.Outdoor cleaning with suitable tools.
