Civil engineering office

The civil engineering office is responsible, among other things, for the construction, operation and maintenance of the cantonal roads including art buildings, traffic control facilities, road signalling, lighting and ancillary facilities as well as for the path expansion of public transport. Three districts in Reinach, Liestal and Sissach as well as the signalling area in Liestal are regional bases for the construction and maintenance of the roads.
