Your responsibility
- Appointment coordination and space reservations for events within the framework of basic training (recruitment, KAA, year of practice, etc.)
- Administrative processing and preparation of application dossiers (recruitment) as well as support of the service in administrative matters
- Planning and organization of basic training events incl. Reservations / bookings (e.g. promotion / praise, endurance exercise FINALE and other events)
- Telephone contact with external partners
- Maintaining lists of IPH corps instructors
