- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): as a baker/confectioner Sound expertise in bakery Good physical strength
- Independent, efficient working method with high quality awareness German (very good knowledge) Cosa of Friamo
- Occupational pension fund with above-average performance AN share 8.5%, AG share 17%
