- Technical and personnel management of the service counter department
- Management, product planning and presentation as well as active participation in the department
- 2-3 years of professional experience: in the retail trade / butcher's shop
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): specialist meat sales / butcher's shop Experience relating to meat
Main responsibilities
- Technical and personnel management of the service counter department
- Management, product planning and presentation as well as active participation in the department
- Sales promotion as well as planning and implementation of campaigns Customer service and advice
- Promotion and development of employees including training of apprentices
Key requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience: in the retail trade / butcher's shop
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): specialist meat sales / butcher's shop Experience relating to meat
- Skill in planning and organizing tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures
