As a Project Manager, you will lead complex client implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver Avaloq's BPaaS and SaaS solutions on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key tasks
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of change-the-bank projects for Avaloq's major global banking clients.
This includes working with the relevant Avaloq units (Solution Architects/Consultants, Infrastructure, Support Services, Regional Banking Operations, customer representatives, etc.) and partner resources, where applicable, to define project objectives and execute the agreed project plan.

- Project Management certification from a recognized accrediting body

- Strong negotiation skills with proven experience engaging stakeholders up to Steering Committee level
- Leadership experience in managing interdisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Persistent, assertive, and resilient, with the ability to maintain an overview and set priorities effectively
