Main responsibilities
- Advising and serving our customers at the service counter (meat, fish, cheese) is one of your main tasks.
- You prepare meat, fish and cheese for sale and present them attractively.
- You ensure that all hygiene regulations according to the HACCP concept are adhered to.
- You ensure that our goods are available at the service counter in the required quantity (goods planning).
- You also regularly check the goods on the counter, refill them yourself and sort them.
- You are responsible for the freshness and durability of our goods and always check them at regular intervals.
Key requirements
- 3 years of professional experience: in the food, sales or catering sector
- Completed basic or further training: in retail, food/meat industry;
- An advantage as a meat salesperson, cook or butcher - you are a customer-oriented personality and enjoy dealing with our customers.
- You have great skill in planning and organizing tasks.
- You work reliably and have a high level of quality awareness.
